About

A purpose-built charter agreement for Greece's gulet and traditional vessel market — the only contract in the suite designed around Aegean and Ionian operations and EU regulatory requirements. Food and beverage packages with per-person pricing, half board as the default reflecting the Greek tradition of guests dining at waterfront tavernas. Full board available where offered. APA as a fallback when the minimum adult count isn't met. Harbour fees and port dues within Greek waters included in the Charter Fee — no surprises on berthing at public harbours. Private marina fees separated out, because the cost difference between anchoring and a premium marina berth in Mykonos is the CHARTERER's choice to make. Corkage-free by default — guests bring their own wine without penalty unless otherwise agreed. E-Charter Permission warranty for non-EU-flagged vessels handled in the contract, not left to chance. Cross-border provisions for itineraries leaving Greek waters. FPA at the standard 24% with reduced island rates where applicable. Sojourn tax addressed. Crew gratuity guidance at 5–15% without awkwardness. Stakeholder acting as Central Agent — holding funds, arranging provisioning, and coordinating transfers. Full commission, KYC, sanctions, and EU GDPR architecture including Greek Law 4624/2019. EU Package Travel Directive compliance built into the contract. Twenty-four clauses — everything a broker needs, nothing they don't.
