Medical evacuation advisory reflecting the reality that remote island locations may be far from hospital facilities. Crew gratuity guidance at 15–20% reflecting Caribbean market custom without creating an obligation. Fourteen-day complaint retention on the Stakeholder-held balance, with full escrow architecture. Commission, KYC, sanctions, and data protection built in. Twenty-four clauses — everything a broker needs, nothing they don't.
