About

A purpose-built charter agreement for the Caribbean's all-inclusive charter market — the only contract in the suite designed around multi-jurisdiction island cruising and the inclusive pricing model that defines the region. Three meals a day and standard beverages bundled into the Charter Fee from the start, with a mandatory Preference Sheet so the chef provisions to the CHARTERER's tastes, not a generic menu. Premium and vintage beverages separated cleanly — no ambiguity about what "all-inclusive" actually means. Supplementary Provisioning Allowance covering everything the Charter Fee doesn't: dockage, national park fees, customs clearances, excess fuel, motorised water sports. Cruising fuel included at a set daily average with transparent overage charging. Multi-jurisdiction cruising permits, customs fees, and departure taxes handled through the SPA with the Captain advising on known costs in advance. Hurricane season clause giving the Captain sole authority to alter itineraries when tropical storm warnings or hurricane watches are issued — no dispute, no liability, no refund argument. Medical evacuation advisory reflecting the reality that remote island locations may be far from hospital facilities. Crew gratuity guidance at 15–20% reflecting Caribbean market custom without creating an obligation. Fourteen-day complaint retention on the Stakeholder-held balance, with full escrow architecture. Commission, KYC, sanctions, and data protection built in. Twenty-four clauses — everything a broker needs, nothing they don't.

Built for

Crewed charter yachts, catamarans, and motor yachts operating on an all-inclusive basis in the Caribbean, typically 50 feet and above. For plus-expenses charters or superyachts in Caribbean waters, use Global Standard – Worldwide.
